By booking a session with Gina Spanos Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Terms

• Gina Spanos Photography is the exclusive photographer for your session.
• Once your session is booked, your session fee is non-refundable, unless canceled due to inclement weather or an emergency deemed valid by the photographer.
• If adverse weather or other conditions prevent a successful session (based on Gina’s artistic judgment), she may reschedule or relocate the shoot.
• All orders must be paid in full before any product or image delivery (including previews).
• Gina may substitute another qualified professional photographer in case of illness or emergency.
• If a session cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances (fire, illness, act of God, or equipment failure), the client will receive a full refund of session fees only. Gina is not responsible for indirect damages or emotional distress.

Consultations, Scheduling & Reschedules

• A free 20-minute phone consult is available if you’re not ready to book yet.
• After booking, you’ll receive a 30-minute styling consult to plan outfits, discuss poses, and prep for the session.
• Rescheduling within 14 days of your session will incur a $150 rescheduling fee.
• Reschedules within 24 hours of your session require a new session fee to rebook.

Payments & Minimum Purchase

• The session fee is $399 and does not include any digital or printed products.
• There is a $400 minimum product order required after your session (not including session fee).
• Special sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable. If canceled, session fees from promotions remain as credit for one year toward a future session.

Sales, Orders & Delivery

• All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be given.
• Orders are placed in-person at the studio, typically within one week of your shoot.
• Products include heirloom-quality prints, albums, and digital files.
• Digital files are available with qualifying collections or as an à la carte purchase.

Studio Etiquette

• Ordering sessions and photoshoots are client-only. Partners or guests (including significant others) are not permitted to attend.
• Gina is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items at the studio.
• You are responsible for ensuring your hair and makeup are exactly how you like it before the session begins. Limited retouching is included and may be used at the photographer’s discretion, but it is not guaranteed.

Data, Copyright, and Image Use

• All photographs are copyrighted. It is illegal to scan, screenshot, or reproduce images without written permission.
• Your session images are stored for one year. Reorders can be placed within that time.
• In the unlikely event of data loss, equipment failure, or other technical malfunction, Gina’s liability is limited to a refund of session fees or a reshoot at no additional charge.
• No images will be shared publicly without your written permission.

Privacy & Communications

• Your information is collected and stored securely using Dubsado for client communications and Flodesk for email marketing.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. We do not sell or share your information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
